Players from the USA must make sure that the game will be of high quality.
In a day and age when nobody, including supreme court judges, can define what a woman is, it might be controversial to claim that there is a feminine aura hanging over Lucky Lady Moon. This isn’t all that surprising given the fortune teller lady theme perhaps, and it’s reflected in both the soundtrack and the pinkish color scheme.
It’s similar to the originalLucky Lady Moonin that regard, while being almost identical to Pragmatic Play’sMadame Destiny Megawaysin the feature department. The6,000x potentialis a tad low for this engine though, but you get a solid96.84 % RTP(with no RTP ranges) as compensation.
The premium symbols pay between 1 and 10 x your stake for 6 of a kind wins, and theLucky Lady Wildsteps in for pay symbols to help complete wins. The wild can appear on reels 2 to 6 only, and it comes with anx2 multiplier. Winning symbols are removed via theCascading mechanic, making room for new and/or existing symbols to drop down to create new wins. This process repeats as long as you keep winning.
The in-gameChance x2button is an ante bet option that doubles your bonus round chances. You have to pay50 % more per spinto keep this feature on though, but it’s definitely something to consider. Not least in jurisdictions where you cannot simply buy the bonus round.
The Bonus Round triggers organically when you land3 scattersanywhere in view, and you get an upfront scatter win of5x, 10x, 20x or 50x your stakewhen you land3, 4, 5 or 6 scatters, respectively. AWheel of Fortunedetermines the number offree spins you get (5 to 15), as well as the winmultiplier (between x2 and x25). You can retrigger the bonus round by landing 3 scatters, and the bonus buy price is90x your stake(not available in the UK for sure).
You get a brief taste of the base game, before we purchase the bonus round at 0:28 into the 2:22-minute highlights video. We landed 3 triggering scatters, and the Wheel of Fortune gave us 12 FS and an x8 multiplier. You can see for yourself how it all played out by hitting the play button below.
If you’re into romantic fantasy novels and TV series, Lucky Lady Moon Megaways should be right up your alley. Being loosely based on Novomatic’s classic, Lucky Lady’s Charm, you could say the semi-retro presentation has somewhat of a nostalgic appeal as well. The pace of the game is snappy with the turbo switched on, at least until you hit a winner as the cascading animations will slow you down a bit.
The base game is all about landing x2 multiplier wild wins, and preferably on as high a number of win ways as possible. Up to 200,704 megaways is a bit above average in that regard, and the bonus round pre-wheel can go both ways. The original game touts a 27,000x potential, but the6,000xon offer here seems far more realistic. The96.84 %RTP is worth noting as well, not least since there are no RTP ranges.
Pros
Cons
Lucky Lady Moon- is the original static grid release from BGaming, and it comes with a 5×3 reel setup with 10 paylines. You get x2 multiplier wilds also in this release, and all wins are boosted by x3 in the bonus round. The advertised max win is 27,000x, but only far smaller wins have been recorded thus far.
Madame Destiny Megaways- is a very similar Pragmatic Play release that’s clearly been the inspiration for the game at hand. You get up to 200,704 win ways, x2 multiplier wilds and up to an x25 win multiplier in the bonus round. The max win is a tad lower though, and clocks in at 5,000x.
Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe- is a very retro-looking version of the Novomatic classic, and this Greentube release comes with x2 multiplier wilds and a bonus round with an x3 win multiplier. You also get a double or nothing gamble feature, and the max win is 4,633x your stake.
