Cindy G. Prather is our esteemed Senior Editor. Her primary focus revolves around in-depth casino reviews and slot analysis. Cindy joined the Casinotice.com team as a freelance writer in 2016, leveraging her vast experience and expertise in the evaluation of online casinos, which quickly cemented her position within our editorial team. By early 2019, Cindy was appointed as the Senior Editor.
Cindy initially embarked on her professional journey as a freelance translator for various firms, including several well-established online casinos. This role introduced her to the world of online casinos back in 2007, immersing her daily in the operations of online gambling sites and their offerings. She has keenly observed the evolution of the online gaming sector for over a decade. Cindy moved to the UK for her higher studies in Language Technology, earning a Master of Arts degree. After her studies, she spent several years in Austria working as a project manager and translation coordinator in the mechanical engineering industry. However, the desire to resume her independent professional life was overwhelming, leading her to join us at Casinotice.com in 2024.
From a young age, Cindy has had a profound affinity for writing, a passion that has only intensified over the years. She places great emphasis on the form and language of her texts, whether it’s an email to friends, a simple text message, or detailed reviews of online casinos. Hobbies and interests
Cindy perfectly blends her love for writing with her interest in casino gaming. Over the years, she has tried her hand at nearly every type of casino game. She first visited a casino during her college years and was introduced to French Roulette, but nowadays, she prefers card games like blackjack. The only game left on her list to try is Craps, which she hopes to play at a table in either Las Vegas or Atlantic City. At home, she enjoys classic console gaming with her Nintendo (Dr. Mario being her current favorite) and PlayStation.
In her leisure time, Cindy is an avid rock climber, both indoors and out. Additionally, she enjoys mountain biking and watching her two cats, which she claims is more entertaining than any TV program.
